    I am so damn proud of you jaclyn!!! Always supported you. You have always been beautiful and such an inspiration. It's not easy realizing that you yourself need to change. You can do anything you put your mind to. My fiance and i both started working out. We actually use our Nintendo Switch. We play the ring fit! I love it. It grades your workout, tells you your strengths and weaknesses. I highly recommend it. It makes working out so much fun! There is a story mode where you jog and do presses to deatroy enemies. When you get to the boss it makes you do a whole set of different workouts. Even core, back, hips, shoulders arms. Anything this game has it! So proud of you and i know you can do it.

    Omg! Im on the same journey! I've been doing it for about a month however, I went on holiday to dianeyland paris where I still tried to eat as many veg and fruit and drink water all that and gained weight despite walking 20k steps a day 🥵🙈🙉🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

    Jacs transformation it's a good name. I'm So happy for you and I'm rooting for you. I know you can do it. I'm close to loosing 60lbs in a time frame of four months. At first I was feeling discouraged but I decided to focus on the end result and once you are determined there is no way back. Hip hip hooray to a healthier version of us.

    YAY!!!! I had this epiphany back in December 2020. After a year of sitting because of the pandemic, I knew I had to change my life for the sake of my family. I have 2 kids and a wonderful husband and I have used them to motivate my journey. And just like you, I am doing this slow and steady because change is rough for me. Specially with using food as comfort which I have done for years. I had a tough start, but as of May I have lost 26 lbs and I am so proud of myself! I am so glad you're doing this and I am excited to watch your journey to a healthy life style!

    Small changes over long term works for me. I introduced porridge for breakfast, ate more veggies & fruit & drunk more water. Then I lost 13 kilograms & got my type 2 diabetes under control. Nothing wrong with eating a piece of cake occasionally. Good luck on the journey. Stay positive & it will happen. Looking forward to the series.

    I’m very happy to hear that you are in a good place mentally. I also struggled with estrogen dominance and HORRIBLE periods. One thing I would suggest looking into is trying to eat 2 raw organic peeled carrots a day. It has helped me so much. I recently started trying to heal my hormones and inflammation naturally with nourishing foods and am starting to see some progress. Good luck on your journey.

    Good for you for not weighing yourself constantly. It really isn't the biggest bench mark of fitness. Great to see you have the right mindset, it's about long term healthy habits. I'd personally recommend a 90 day program. 3 months is really the minimum when tracking health and fitness, it will be that third month that you see results. I've notice you say bitch a lot. (I like) so my vote is fit bitch vlog. Then at the end do a dramatic - it's britney bitch reveal. Go get em. Knock it out.
