At 17:37 it is said that they could've pre-ordered but that wasnt the case because the patient asked for that hip specifically saying it was one that worked very well for a friend of his, so it was somehow already on the market (i doubt his friend was a part of the clinical trials)

I thought if you say sorry your admitting fault. Like in a car accident or something. I feel that's why alot of apologies come after sentincing or guilt or damages are ordered by court. But by then the victim does not want to hear it because it's "too little too late" or they apologize because they got in trouble and don't mean it.

Sorry, but in my eyes, 'Dr' Mike is no doctor. At least not one I would trust.

One thing I always wondered, but does the judge really read the verdict before the Jury reads it outloud?

I would recommend saying that this is part 2 in the introduction and maybe putting it in the title, I saw both videos but didn't know which one to watch first.

The case of the mysterious sponge: Without having watched the show or that particular episode, I'm guessing they may have been in the middle of doing sponge counts and came up one short. At that point, the patient desatted and she had to make a decision between closing ASAP vs locating the sponge, and she chose to close. When an infection was later suspected, she went back to x-ray the hip to look for the sponge, which probably wasn't there in the first place and simply miscounted.

I have a legal question that maybe you could answer/make a video about. Is it possible to construct a legal case against 'news' broadcasters/readers who are intentionally spreading factually incorrect/misleading information under the guise of being a news reporter? Thanks
